Intertrust announces rebranding of CorpNordic

After completing the acquisition of CorpNordic on 8 June 2015, Intertrust has now announced that it has rebranded CorpNordic to Intertrust. 

From September onwards, both companies operate under the Intertrust brand. This rebranding reinforces Intertrust’s acquisition strategy, aimed at extending its expertise and global capabilities in the light of ongoing globalization and clients’ increasingly complex needs.

Next to its leadership in The Netherlands, Luxembourg and Cayman Islands, Intertrust is now market leader of trust and corporate services in Sweden and Denmark, and expands its network with offices in Norway and Finland.

Intertrust is a global provider of high value trust and corporate services, providing a broad range of legal and financial administrative services to corporations, funds, financial institutions and private individuals.
