Products
Infosoft has developed several standard solutions for the media industry. The modules can be installed as stand-alone products or as integrated modules.
INFO-Market
This includes the planning and efficient processing of selected market activities towards existing customers and prospects, as well as multi-step campaigns and free choice of marketing channel (e-mail, SMS, telephone or direct mail). It can also be used together with external systems successfully.
INFO-MarketPlus
This product makes customer care efficient by defining occurrences that are automatically released via trigger points. Examples of these are first renewal, billing and complaints.
INFO-Subscription
This product allows optimal control of the subscriber’s financial relations, registration of changes, invoicing, payment and statistics.
INFO-Web
The subscriber or retailer can make changes concerning their product and they are automatically updated in the core system.
INFO-Distribution
This product administers all deliveries of one or several titles in an accurate and flexible manner. It is possible to do this with seamless distribution information flow with PDA’s and mobile phones. It is integrated with digital maps and cost-optimizing software.
INFO-Retail
This product revolves around single copy sales, including ordering, extra deliveries, return, invoicing, statistics and planning market activities.
Consultancy
Many of Infosoft’s employees have worked in the media industry before joining the company. Infosoft prefers to hire highly qualified people who know the business from the customer’s point of view as well. The company’s development department staff has many years of experience working with media-related software.
Infosoft also offers consultancy services concerning sales and marketing issues. Its customers, in addition to those in Norway, are located in Scandinavia and other Europeans countries.
